Now, Durst Fetner Residential carries on that tradition with the LEED Gold Certified 600 rental unit The Helena. Constructed sustainably, with "green" thinking built into every facet of the project, The Helena sets the standard for what green city living can be. In keeping with this ethic, Durst Fetner created The Epic, a 458 rental unit building in New York City, that is LEED Gold Certified as well.
